Great equipment, improperly installed, is a waste of money.  Also, because the equipment needs to handle hot oil, you don’t want to do it wrong and jeopardize the safety of your employees.

Some companies that have experience installing other kitchen equipment (like fryers and ovens) are expanding into Bulk Oil system installation.  Sometimes a bulk oil equipment vendor will refer an installation partner.  Other times equipment installation, support, and maintenance are provided as part of a package.

Equally important to proper installation is having reliable support available.  Most customers need the ability to call someone 7x24.
