Ø  Packaging oil into 35-pound containers adds $0.08 to $0.12 per pound to the cost of oil.  This packaging cost is eliminated so bulk oil has an inherent cost advantage.

Ø  Grease dumpsters end up collecting a lot more than WVO.  Therefore, the oil obtained from grease dumpsters requires additional processing compared to oil captured in a bulk system.
